Thanks to its special production technology, cartridge Heaters are the most advanced model of heating elements. All of the resistance wire is produced by wrapping around the ceramic stone on the axis of the cartridge resistance with equal rolling intervals, isolating and calibrating with magnesium oxide powder from the outer pipe sheath. Due to the thinness of the mgo powder between the resistance wire and the pipe sheath, fast and efficient heat is generated and thus less heat is generated. more heat is obtained with energy.

High-wattage Cartridge Heaters create powerful heating by using high watts in small areas and molds that require electrical heating, thus providing excellent heat under heavy-duty working conditions. Cartridge Heaters are produced by using 80/20 chrome nickel resistance wire, according to the normal values ​​of other resistances, at the maximum values, in the same equal and frequent intervals. European (French NTSE 3000 (350 C) fiber-braided pure nickel cables are used in the electrical cables of the cartridge heaters produced. Standard cable lengths are 25 cm in the cartridge heaters, and cable lengths can be extended according to the desired dimensions if desired.
